Troubleshooting Demo Download

This article covers troubleshooting issues related to downloading the demo.

"App cannot be installed because its integrity can not be verified."

This means that your UDID hasn't been added to the developer account. If you see this error, please confirm with your Implementation Manager or Client Support that your UDID has been added to the account.

If you aren't sure how to find your UDID or looking for more information, please refer to How to Find Your UDID.

"Your App" required Developer Mode to run. Until Developer Mode has been enabled, this app will not be available for use.

This means you don't have Developer Mode turned on. Please refer to Turn On Developer Mode.

For any other errors, please contact your Implementation Manager.
