Create Google Developer Account

Get your app on the Google Play Store to let Android users download and use your app on their smartphones and tablets.

In order to submit your app to Google Play, you must first create an Organization Google Play developer account.

Note: Google Play charges a $25 one-time developer fee.

 

Set up your Google Play account

  1. Visit https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/
  2. Sign in.
  3. To get started, choose an Organization account type (not personal).

4. What you'll need to create a developer account for your organization:

5. Fill out the form with your organization's info and click Next.

6. Link a payment profile to verify your organization.

7. Enter a D-U-N-S number for your organization.

8. Select the Google Play Developer distribution agreement check-box to acknowledge your agreement, and click Continue to Payment to pay the one-time $25 fee.

9. Enter your payment information, and click Accept and continue.

10. You will receive an email from Google notifying you when your account is ready to be activated.

Note: This process can take up to a week.
