An Audience Segment is a unique set of users based on certain selected criteria. Audience Segments are utilized to send push notifications to a specific group of users.

How to Create an Audience Segment

1. Navigate to the Communicate section of the CMS
2. Click + Create a segment
3. Enter a title for your Audience Segment 
4. Select the criteria: 
   1. App Version - send a push notification to an older/newer version of the app
   2. My Schedule - send a push notification to a group of users who have added a schedule item to their My Schedule
   3. Platform - send a push notification to iOS or Android users only
   4. Thuzi Registration Status - send a push notification to registered or unregistered users
5. Click + Add a new rule to set multiple criteria for the push notification. 
   1. Example: Registered users on iOS
6. Click Save and go back to list
