Overview
The ticket and pass screens in your app have been redesigned to be more modern and clean, and you can now brand them with your own graphics from the CMS.
- TicketLeap Pro tickets: the redesign covers linking an email to find tickets, the QR ticket display (for one or several tickets), the ticket details, empty states and the anti-screenshot animation. You can add your own background image and logo.
- Leap Activations Event Pass: the in-app QR pass now matches the ticket screen. You can add a background image, logo and color, a custom title and subtitle, and content fields that show as badges below the pass (for example "Superman Panel Eligible").
- Both are set up in the CMS under App Styling > App Screen Graphics, with a Ticket Integration tab and an Event Pass tab. You only see the tabs for the features enabled on your project.

FAQ
Q: Do I need a new app release for these changes?
A: A one-time app update is needed to get the new screens. After that, changes to your graphics, text and content fields in the CMS are delivered over the air, with no new app store release needed.
Q: Where do I set this up?
A: In the CMS under App Styling > App Screen Graphics. Ticket branding is on the Ticket Integration tab and the Event Pass is on the Event Pass tab.
Q: I don't see the Ticket Integration or Event Pass tab. Why?
A: Each tab only appears when that feature is enabled on your project. Reach out to your Implementation Manager, Account Manager or Strategic Client Success Manager to get it enabled.
Q: Are the background image and logo required?
A: No, both are optional. Without a background image, the screen uses the background color. Without a logo, the ticket or pass is shown without one.
Q: What information shows on the Event Pass?
A: The attendee's name and Pass ID.
Q: What shows in the ticket details?
A: Ticket Type, Name, Event Time and Ticket ID. Event and Location currently show as N/A and will be added in a future update.
Q: What are content fields used for?
A: They are image cards shown below the pass, often used as eligibility or status badges, for example "Superman Panel Eligible". Staff scanning at an activation can see at a glance what the attendee qualifies for.
Q: Can I control who sees a content field?
A: Yes. Each field has its own Segment, Custom Condition and Scheduled Visibility settings, so a card can target some attendees or only show during a set time.
Q: Can I reorder the content fields?
A: Yes. Drag the handle on the left of each row in the Content Fields list. The order in the list is the order they appear in the app.
Q: Can I preview the ticket or pass before publishing?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Which ticketing provider does the ticket screen support?
A: The ticket screen improvements apply to the TicketLeap Pro integration.
